Level 43 is the 43rd Level of The Backrooms.

Level 43 appears as a large, seemingly endless labyrinthine-like complex of long confusing hallways and corridors, which all retain the same white ceilings, white trims, and brown plaster walls on their lower parts. The floors of the Level have a brown colored carpet with an ornamental black pattern on them.
The ceilings of the Level usually have things like small LED lights, and sprinklers inconsistently scattered on them. These halls may also connect to other halls, commonly forming intersections between three to four different hallways, and because of this, the Level is very maze-like and confusing to traverse.
Something one may immediately notice when inside Level 43, is its strangely placed exit signs which are a constant throughout the entirety of the hallways, these exit signs can be placed on ceilings, on both upper and lower parts of the walls, and sometimes standing upright on the floor, or lying on them, among many other configurations. Despite the exit signs sometimes being in places where it seems impossible for them to be powered, they function nonetheless; these exit signs also contain no sort of wiring within them, making their means of functioning an anomaly within the Level.
The Level also contains a strangely high amount of exits within it, which can take forms of things like doors of varying types such as wood, metal, concrete, and stone, among many others, these can also take the form of elevators, stairs, escalators, ladders, open windows, broken windows, and even televisions.
The reasons for this Level's high amount of exits are unknown, but it may be tied to the exit sign anomaly the Level possesses, which stems from these signs usually becoming more prevalent the closer you are to an exit.
On certain occasions, doors within the hallways of Level 43 may sometimes lead into more of its interior instead of a different Level. These commonly can lead into more hallways and sometimes isolated more open rooms, containing various pillars and misplaced walls, along with a few crumbled up, stray pieces of paper. In addition to this, these same doors may also house small office-like rooms behind them, which appear as small enclosed edifices containing desks, a few computers, swivel chairs, a waste bin, and sometimes various strewn about cardboard boxes which may or may not contain instances of Almond Water.
Within the corridors, you may sometimes come across stray vending machines, which in fact, function as you'd expect, and take any known currency. Within these, there are usually various foodstuffs and instances of Energy Bars as well, making them a great place to stock up on supplies for further exploration.
The geometry of Level 43 is also rather strange, with some halls looping in on each other, and some existing in the same area as one another, further expanding the Level's sheer size. Due to this, the Level's geometry is classed as being Non-Euclidean, as these anomalies are of the same characteristics as a Non-Euclidean space.
The Level is inexplicably empty, due to it being devoid of any form of Life, even other travelers, as contact between two humans has never been recorded to occur within the Level, which is most likely due to Level 43's non-Euclidean nature, in turn, making it exceptionally larger in size for a Level.

EXITS
As mentioned before, Level 43 contains an infinite amount of exits, of any kind. These exits usually lead to almost any Positive Level in The Backrooms, including Level 44. Though this excludes the Main Nine Levels, for unknown reasons.
