Level 3-B is the 3rd Alternative Level of The Backrooms' B Category.
DESCRIPTION
Level 3-B consists of a seemingly endless labyrinth of claustrophobic corridors with yellow concrete walls and a bluish marble floor, with pipes running along its ceilings. Level 3-B is the main power source for the Levels of The Backrooms' B Category, with it having various electrical machinery in some rooms. The Level is also dimly lit up by various fluorescent lights, which are situated on its walls. The lights have a relatively loud buzz, only being slightly quieter when compared to the lights in Level 0.

Pipes along Level 3-B's ceilings carry carbon monoxide. The reason for this is unknown, but due to this, these pipes are highly flammable. These pipes are among the many hazards of the Level, with other hazards being caused by the Level's machinery. Machinery within the Level consists of various electrical equipment like generators, breaker boxers, and circuits, among others, these are mostly dysfunctional, with them sometimes exploding. Due to this, the machinery in Level 3-B is highly advised to not be touched, and should be avoided, as it may aid in your survival.
The Level has exposed wiring in some of its hallways, along with small puddles of water, which are highly conductive, further adding dangers to the Level. It is advised to avoid these areas, as one may be badly injured if coming into contact with them. Along with this, some pipes within Level 3-B's halls may be busted open, with their carbon monoxide leaking, which may make it difficult to breathe, and may cause serious lung damage as well.
Various black doors are present within the corridors of Level 3-B, which can usually lead into other corridors or into generator rooms, which usually only contain a few generators, and sometimes have the same puddles of water that can be in the hallways. These rooms should be avoided, due to the electrical hazards caused by the presence of water close to these generators.
The layout of Level 3-B is very maze-like, with the Level having many corridors going in all directions, many dead-ends, and intersections. Due to this, the Level is relatively challenging to traverse, with many getting lost within it. Like some other Levels of The Backrooms, contact between two humans has never been recorded, as the Level appears to share the same anomaly of Level 0 that causes the phenomenon.
Similar to Level 3, with it being an office, Level 3-B contains office rooms that can be entered through some doors. These offices usually contain various furniture such as a desk, a computer, and a few drawers placed around the room, but despite a desk being present, chairs have never been seen. The temperatures within the Level are very also high, with it being unbearable if you are wearing heavy clothing.
MACHINERY
Level 3-B's machinery is very complex, with its generators seeming to function perfectly despite them being prone to explosions and short circuits, but strangely, this only appears to occur when human contact is made with them. The cause of this is unknown, but due to it, the Level has never been recorded to have Blackouts or any of the lights breaking. Many of the wires in the Level are connected to generators, or routers, giving the Alternative Quantum-Stable Levels a relatively strong WiFi connection throughout them.

EXITS
Finding a fire exit within Level 3-B, and descending 20 flights of stairs will lead to Level 4-B.
Office-styled doors may lead into Level 3's main building, while some elevators may lead into its basement. Although, the office-styled doors are seemingly more common than the latter.
