Description

Figur 1.0
ROOM 54-G

Level 100, also known as Doppelgänger, is a flawed copy of Level 0, it contains many parts of what makes Level 0 special, despite Level 100 being a flawed copy of another Level it still has some unique features that only this Level has instead of copying all of Level 0.

Level 100 has the same mono-yellow walls of Level 0, however they lack its iconic wallpapers, Level 100's floors are made up of dry gray carpet, along with the ceiling tiles, some tiles are hanging off from the ceiling while others are missing, the lights also are as loud as Level 0's, however they lack their original psychological effects. These same fluorescent lights also seem to be much smaller compared to those of Level 0.

Looking through the holes left by missing tiles on the ceiling will reveal absolutely nothing, it will reveal an inky void, as if the entire Level is powered up by nothing at all, though sometimes sparks can be seen from the distance of these holes, revealing a whole new set of rooms in complete darkness, it is not advised to go up there.

Vents are present in the Level's ceiling aswell, though they are much stronger than Level 0's, and makes the entire Level to be chilly, reaching around 15–18°C, despite the temperatures it is not needed to use any sort of warm clothing.

Broken lights or flickering lights are alot more common in Level 100 than in Level 0, as if the Level is experiencing the after-effects of not having any sort of wiring or energy source. Despite this, some generators are present through the Level, most commonly present in larger and wider support pillars in the middle of a room, though they cannot be turned on.

Office rooms are quite common in Level 100, and also appears to have functional terminals, though there are no keyboards nor mouses, and if you bring one, there will be no spot to plug it in anywhere, these office rooms also contain cabinets, a clock, a cup, a table, a single office chair, a window that reveals nothing but the inside of the Level, and a pinboard, these rooms can be entered through any doors present in Level 100, which are either already open or closed, but never locked. These rooms can also lead you to a random hallway or anything of the sort.

Security cameras are also still present in Level 100, copying the same ones from Level 0, though they all appear to be dysfunctional as they do not move, but they can be viewed from using a terminal that already has the camera connected to the screen, which will reveal the room they reside in, but always contaning some kind of name for the room on the corner, such as "ROOM 15-C" or "ROOM -34-BF", and so forth. Other info also appears such as battery, resolution, the time, etc.

History

The Level's discovery is just as common as everything else, though the actual history behind the Level takes back all the way back to the first year in which we discovered Level 0.

Level 100 was actually discovered at the same time as Level 0, as it was recently learned that Level 0 may have split itself in fragments to cover up for its instability, and in the process Level 100 and other Levels were created by Level 0 attempting to maintain stable.

Back then when we discovered Level 100 we had no idea it had always been a Level of its own, and that you could walk in and out of it, traversing to other remnants of Level 0 and Level 0 itself. A group of researchers had come to this conclusion as it differs too much from floors, and acts differently from Level 0.

Machinery

The machinery in Level 100 seemingly does not exist, as there is no wiring of any kind, or any kind of power source coming through from somewhere, as if it had been collecting stray energy that emmits from other Levels.

Accessibility Methods

Entrances

The Level can be easily entered through Level 99, though the actual entrance from Level 0 has been forgotten, we had been using it for very long but as the years passed we had forgotten where the exact location was, and due to Level 0's Non-Linear nature, it made things even more difficult.

Exits

The exit is quite similar to that of Level 0's, though the only choice you have is waiting until you noclip through the floor to reach Level 101, and this could take hours, days, and even weeks.
